- Finding: A detector result bound to a subject and source run.
- Observation: Timestamped evidence collected through a declared method.
- Evidence package: Immutable run artifacts plus checksums and manifest.
- Eligible: A captured prerequisite is satisfied; no outcome is guaranteed.
- Observed: The stated event was captured under the recorded conditions.
- Not evidenced: Required evidence was unavailable; this is not proof of absence.
- Accepted exception: Enforcement disposition that leaves technical failure intact.
- Projection: A report, annotation, or dashboard view of canonical artifacts.
