fix selection issue introduced with the new default behavior of the FastAdapter v1.4.0
- FIX #1165

sample

remove the KeyboardUtil sample as it is no longer required with the new drawer v5.x.x
we do not need a TranslucentStatus theme as this is no longer necessary with the new DrawerLayout and the use of fitsSystemWindows
