Getting Started with Mikonus

Mikonus turns your home into an interactive 3D smart-home interface.

You can create your home using a LiDAR scan on supported devices or build your floor plan manually.

1. Create your home

Create a new home in Mikonus and add your rooms.

You can either:

• Scan rooms using LiDAR
• Create rooms manually with the floor plan editor

2. Add your interior

Add furniture and other objects to your rooms.

These objects are not only visual — compatible objects can later be connected to your smart-home devices.

3. Connect your smart home

Open Smart Home → Connections in Mikonus and connect a supported provider.

Currently supported:

• Homey
• Home Assistant

4. Assign devices

Select an object in your home and assign the corresponding smart-home device.

For example:

Lamp in your room → Smart light
Window → Contact sensor
Radiator → Thermostat

Mikonus can then display live device states and provide controls directly in your home.

5. Publish your dashboard

Your Mikonus home can be published to supported smart-home dashboards.
