aztree 0.6.1

The selected subscription, resource group or resource opens in the
Azure portal from its name in the side panel (thanks to @akiller,
#1), in its own tenant's directory when --all spans several tenants.

Install with pipx install aztree or dotnet tool install -g aztree, or download the executable for your system below. The downloads aren't signed yet: Windows and macOS ask once before running them.
