Chap 2.19.1

Changed

• A full notch from the start — New installs open with every slot filled:
  Screenshots, Downloads, Apps, To-do, Keep Awake, and Launchers. The two
  shelves start folded into icons beside the notch, so the dock opens tidy;
  click an icon to unfold one. Your own layout stays as you set it.
• Fresh screenshots show up too — Like Downloads, a folded Screenshots shelf
  opens by itself when you open the notch within 10 minutes of a new
  screenshot. Fold it again and it waits for the next one.
