Primary actions now use exact Cyan (#06B6D4) in both themes, with warm Apricot secondary actions and coordinated semantic status colors. Adds readable link and border roles, aligns toast colors, and refines application and marketing compositions while retaining legacy brand primitives.

Validation: full release verification and production dependency audit passed. The exact npm artifact passed the registry release probe, including Vite React 19, Next.js App Router, SSR/public subpaths, and npm signature verification. Provenance identifies source commit 56ffb85c45f281f72ebdf92e16d40a1848d163f9.

The original post-publish probe timed out during registry propagation. The read-only probe above passed after propagation; this release synchronizes GitHub metadata with that existing npm publication.
