Sometimes parts must be bent in order to fit in an assembly.

This part has two bends (4mm radius and 5° angle). This results in an offset of one sheet thickness.

Create a separate part file.
Copy the undeformed part from the Library file.
Create bends
- Select a face and create a sketch with the bending line
- Select the sketch and the face
- Apply the bending tool and set radius and angle in the dialog
