FIPS runtime 0.0.45
Recover dropped FIPS session setup packets within the existing handshake deadline, and retry WebRTC answers only when routing explicitly rejects their send. Successful signaling is never replayed, and unreachable peers retain bounded attempts and existing backoff.
Includes @fips/core 0.0.45, @fips/transport-webrtc 0.0.50, @fips/transport-websocket 0.0.7, @fips/transport-ethernet 0.0.33, and @fips/browser 0.0.15. Compatibility-only packages point to the same core release.
Validation: 286 library tests, types/build/lint, 16 browser checks with native FIPS 0.4.85, 13 live Rust protocol checks each against 0.4.85 and 0.4.83, sustained browser traffic/reconnect against 0.4.83, and packed-consumer verification of one shared core. Three retained-identity Social reloads recovered in 865–867 ms with event/file transfer and idle CPU assertions preserved.
