Runtime packages 0.0.53
Recover routed WebRTC signaling when a browser restarts with its existing identity. Missing endpoint sessions are rebuilt through authenticated discovery, and offers retry after an authenticated remote restart. Healthy routed sessions remain intact when a direct carrier closes.
Check for a usable route before starting a session: cached coordinates alone can refer to a departed peer and cause connection setup to wait on itself.
Packages: @fips/core 0.0.51 and @fips/transport-webrtc 0.0.54. The WebRTC package directly pins this release's core archive. No wire-format or native Rust changes.
Validation: 236 core tests, 83 WebRTC tests, 18 tests against the packaged JavaScript, and 16 browser tests passed. Three-browser application reload/event/file checks passed all six fixed identity orders and eight unchanged random-identity runs. Type checking and focused lint passed. The existing 16 Rust bridge cases and one native browser echo case were not run.
