Browser Pointer Rounded 1.1.1 — installer fixes

Windows installer and restore reliability update; cursor artwork is unchanged.

• Validate the manifest and required files before writing cursor settings.
• Avoid nested directories on reinstall.
• Retain the original backup during updates; refresh it when installing over another theme.
• Roll back registry changes after a failed install or refresh.
• Add PowerShell -WhatIf support and isolated registry tests.
• Validate macOS assets and Windows restore logic in CI.
• Build the macOS PKG with the version from VERSION.

Windows: extract the Windows ZIP and run Install.cmd. Restore.cmd restores the saved pointer settings.

macOS 14+: install the PKG and open Browser Pointer Rounded from Applications, or use Install.command in the Mac ZIP. Setup downloads Mousecape from its upstream release. Select the theme and click Apply in Mousecape. The installer is not Apple-notarized; interactive cursor behavior across Mac applications still needs user feedback.
