Soft purple halo update for Windows and macOS.

  • Rounded dark artwork and white borders with a gentle purple glow.
  • Updated all cursor roles and animated busy/working frames.
  • Preserved hotspots and HiDPI resources.
  • Windows native cursor-loader, isolated install/restore tests and macOS asset validation passed.

Windows: extract the ZIP and run Install.cmd. Restore.cmd restores the saved previous scheme.
macOS 14+: PKG/DMG launcher or ZIP; apply through Mousecape. PKG is not Developer ID signed or notarized. Interactive Mac activation remains untested.
