Moby is already on v0.3.0 so we wouldn't be able to vendor Buildkit v0.32.1

I think we can vendor, but BuildKit will use v0.3.2 within the Moby codebase; the changes in this PR update tests, but have no other changes, so updating vendor in moby should show a zero diff.
