- Exposes watchman_http_request_duration_seconds (HistogramVec by method, route, code) on the existing admin /metrics endpoint
- Route labels use the registered path template (e.g. /v2/ingest/{fileType}), not the raw request path

fix: resolve open CodeQL findings on master by @adamdecaf in #800
- Avoid log injection in the ingest API by keeping user-controlled fileType on the structured field only
