Better alternative for #386.

This partially reverts #273, where a PSM was introduced to fetch the current robot state.
However, this introduced several new issues, because this approach couldn't resolve TF frames.

Here I propose to just load the valid named posture ready.

This fix should be back-ported to melodic-devel and kinetic-devel.
