[Bug]: an error should be displayed when trying to edit "name" and "scanner" for a created query rule

What happened?

Make a PATCH request such as /api/v5/scanner/query-rules/107/ JWT required before running the rule
Edit "name" and "scanner" (switch the name of the scanners)

-> it is a 200 but the response or admin does not display anything changed

What did you expect to happen?

should probably error (at least at "scanner")
