cross-build: patching libwebsockets to fix errant disconnects Libwebsockets 4.3.2 has a bug where it errantly removes routes on a NEWADDR event. A NEWADDR event is generated whenever the machine renews its DHCP lease. See github.com/mpb27/libwebsockets/commit/ce44fe8c
