@mrzroot mrzroot released this 26 Oct 05:11

Why this release

0.1.1 renamed the project from the misspelled gonjineh to ganjineh and kept the old names working through aliases and migrations. Nobody had installed 0.1.0 yet, so that compatibility code only added things to maintain and a second name to explain. 0.1.2 removes it.

Removed

  • the gonjineh command and the shim package
  • GONJINEH_* environment fallbacks and the ~/.gonjineh/ home
  • .gonjineh.json handling and the migration of old instruction blocks, hooks, MCP entries and Codex config
  • the gonjineh:off privacy marker (ganjineh:off, #private and #نهان remain)

If you installed 0.1.0, reinstall with ganjineh init.

Tests

  • 100 tests (the compatibility tests are gone) and the same 9 real-CLI end-to-end checks against mock APIs. No real model was used.
  • tests/e2e and the shared test helpers were rewritten for readability, behavior unchanged. ruff config added for the tests.
