Super Mario Advance 2 Recomp v0.0.3 — Launcher Update

This experimental Windows x64 update moves the game to the current shared
recomp-ui launcher.

Fixed

• First-time setup no longer asks for a PlayStation BIOS (SCPH1001.BIN /
  OpenBIOS) or a .cue/.bin disc image. The launcher now asks for a retail
  Game Boy Advance BIOS (16 KB gba_bios.bin) under Settings → System
  and for your .gba ROM on the main page.

Changed

• Includes all recent recomp-ui launcher improvements (file picker, mods page,
  and more). The emulation engine is unchanged from v0.0.2.

Validation

• Release executable rebuilt; ran the launcher → Play → attract sequence from a
  clean folder.
• Release archive audited to contain no ROM, retail BIOS, save, generated
  source, or developer configuration.

You must supply your own legally obtained matching ROM and retail GBA BIOS.
Back up important saves; this remains an experimental preview.
