Issue with kw/h to w/s conversion

It seems that the unit conversion of wattage and electrical_energy is incorrect in newer MTC Agent?

When ConversionRequired was set to “true”, the result was different from the previous version (V1.4.0.10).
　　units="WATT" nativeUnits="KILOWATT"　->　OK
　　units="WATT_SECOND" nativeUnits="KILOWATT_HOUR"　->　Not Good
However, in the Not Good pattern, both versions appear to have incorrect results.

What is the right thing to do?

Wouldn't it be correct to have the following values?

0.6 kw/h --> 0.6 * 1000 /60 /60 --> 1.6666 w/sec

0.92 kw/h --> 0.92 * 1000 /60 /60

This is an issue with the units declaration:

　　units="WATT_SECOND" nativeUnits="KILOWATT_HOUR"　->　Not Good

Should be:

　　units="WATT/SECOND" nativeUnits="KILOWATT/HOUR"　->　Works
