Overview
The SFSF is a project designed to assist developers in creating new spell types for the game Spellforce 1. With this release, users can register new spell types and overwrite existing ones, although full customization of spell logic is not yet supported.
Key Features
- Ability to create new spell types.
- Option to overwrite existing spell types.
- Provides a framework for spell type registration.
Important Notes
- Limited Functionality: This release only supports the creation of new spell types. Full customization of spell logic is not yet implemented.
- Testing Status: All player spells have been tested to be functional. NPC Spells have NOT been confirmed working.
- Bug Reports: Your feedback and bug reports are highly appreciated to improve the framework. Please submit any issues or bugs through the issue tracker on GitHub.
Update Notes
- Compile Fix: This update fixes a dependency issue with the compilation of the TestMod.cpp ensuring it is self contained and does not have external dependencies.
- Spell Type Fix: This update fixes issues with the Area of Darkness and Amok Spell Type Handler, which had incorrect ID's.
Next Steps
- Testing and Feedback: We encourage users to test the framework thoroughly and provide feedback on their experience.
