Custom kernel for Samsung Galaxy A14 5G (SM-A146M / SM-A146B, Exynos 1330) on Android 15 (One UI 7).

Changelog

• Storage: Default 512KB readahead (pagemap.h), disabled block I/O stats tracking overhead (blkdev.h), mq-deadline scheduler.
• GPU: Default interactive burst clock set to 845 MHz with 70% load trigger (gpex_dvfs.c).
• Voltages: -2% undervolt on boot via FVMap ACPM tables for Big cores, Little cores, and Mali GPU (fvmap.c).
• Thermal: Raised hardware throttle thresholds in DTB (s5e8535.dts):
  • A78 Big: 75°C switch-on / 90°C throttle
  • A55 Little: 75°C switch-on / 90°C throttle
  • Mali-G68: 70°C switch-on / 85°C throttle
• Memory & zRAM: vm_swappiness=100, page_cluster=0 (zero clustering delay for zRAM), vfs_cache_pressure=60.
• Compiler & Scheduler:
  • Upstream Clang 22.1.8 with ThinLTO
  • Google ACK 5.15 AutoFDO profile (kernel.afdo)
  • Target flags: -march=armv8.2-a+crypto+dotprod+fp16+rcpc
  • PELT half-life reduced to 16ms for faster touch response
  • sysctl_sched_uclamp_util_min_rt_default = 0
• Cleanups: Disabled CONFIG_SLUB_DEBUG and CONFIG_AUDITSYSCALL.
• Retained: ReSukiSU 3.0.0 + SuSFS 2.1.0, NTSync (/dev/ntsync), MGLRU, TCP BBR + FQ, Baseband Guard, Panic-to-Recovery.

Installation

• TWRP: Flash NightKernel-v2.0.0-a14x.zip
• Odin: Flash boot-NightKernel-v2.0.0.tar in AP slot
• Root shell:

  dd if=boot.img of=/dev/block/by-name/boot bs=4096 && sync && reboot
