UI improvements

• Rename the button Continue to Agree and Continue on T&C page.
• Rename the button Submit to Enter on login page.
• In Settings page, add the link to http://metamask.io/ to the anchor Get one here:
  Enter the address of an ERC-20 compatible wallet. This is where you will get paid your ETH. Don’t have a wallet? Get one here. Make the link underlined with color #843a72.
• In Settings page, hide the sentence Unconfirmed. Resend confirmation bellow the e-mail field.
• In Settings page, rename the title of the page from Settings page to Settings.
• In Dashboard add underline to the server id link.
• Show the version of the node in footer on dasbhoard.
• Do not show Get Started page with every visit of the URL after the Raspberry was set up / (T&C agreed).
• In T&C page remove More >> and Less >> links from both texts - show always expanded text.
• In Login page, rename the button Submit to Enter.
