There should be one more choice in node on-boarding. Node should choose his default network. A chain in which he'll establish payment channel.
- L1 (Ethereum) gives faster go to exchange functionality, but is more expensive to settle funds. Would require to have more stake.
- L2 (Sidechain) gives much cheaper settlements and would require much less or even zero stake. But it would take some time (and fee) to move collected funds into Ethereum.
