payment client GetProviderChannel always returns 0 for lastUsedNonce

The payment client always returns 0, even if we have a few transactions already done in hermes.

This is an odd one, I thought that the bindings are at fault, but it seems that both infura and geth are returning zeroes for last used nonce.

The response is 128 bytes long, as it should be as all params are 32 bytes(4x32). I would expect it to return the nonce of 2 since I've done 2 successful calls for the provider in changing the beneficiary and smart contracts do not accept my calls if I try a value other than 3.

The provider I'm testing with is 0x57c9be9d7745ef7d77882a2f2aa882fbf7fff0d7. The last used nonce is 2 for it.

Wrong nonce, should use registries nonce instead 🤷
