Updates: #2374
Merged all leftover DTOs for Tequilapi server & client. Lets create new ones in
tequilapi/contractfrom now on.Intentionally left transactor DTOs untouched in
tequilapi/client/dto.goas per big refactoring there (@vkuznecovas, @soffokl)
