Performance and map-density update for the public Royal City Recon dashboard.

  • Clusters nearby aircraft at regional zoom; individual aircraft and heading vectors return at zoom 12+
  • Updates map markers in place instead of rebuilding every layer
  • Uses a bounded six-hour map view and a 200-record API payload cap while preserving all-time totals
  • Polls every 10 seconds without overlap and pauses in hidden tabs
  • Skips unchanged table and WDG panel redraws

Validated by seven automated tests, JavaScript syntax checking, and the tagged multi-architecture container build.
