Royal City Recon dashboard

  • Adds real-data RF meters for SBS messages per second, five-minute aircraft tracks, WDG upload queue depth, and profile freshness.
  • Adds WDG reinforcement tiers, rolling new-AP allowance, credits, bounties, and linked-member rank when reported.
  • Compacts the dashboard into a denser digital-radio console while keeping aircraft clustering and bounded refresh behavior.
  • Preserves the public privacy boundary: no API key, account identity, device names, SSIDs, BSSIDs, or precise capture coordinates.
