Steam networking prototype.

• Switched the AppID from Churn Vector to Spacewars. This will let people who don't own Churn Vector to use it, I'm currently in the process of getting a real AppID from Steam!
• Server is now authoritative on cursor animations. It costs a bit of performance as now it's no longer waiting on mutex locks. Though allows animations to be more accurately displayed, and reduces network traffic.
