Fix the invisible Toggle On/Off button in the Guttered: Branch Changes toolbar. The button now uses a supported VS Code icon and remains available when Guttered is off.

Install the attached guttered-0.4.1.vsix with Extensions: Install from VSIX….

Verified visible off/on clicks on VS Code 1.95.3 and 1.141.0. TypeScript and packaging checks pass.
