local agent session state, read from coding-agent transcripts

• Added AgentSession::awaiting_tool(): whether the transcript ends on a tool_use still awaiting its result (a running tool, or a question / permission / plan-approval dialog). Unlike derive_status, it never decays to Idle with time, so a consumer that types into a pane can tell an open dialog from a genuinely idle prompt.
