First early-access build of Mike for macOS.

Mike is not code-signed or notarized yet, so macOS Gatekeeper will flag it on first launch:

  1. Unzip Mike-macOS-1.0.0.zip
  2. Move Mike.app to /Applications
  3. Right-click Mike.app → Open (not double-click) → Open again in the dialog

After the first launch this isn't needed again.
