Add optional logoHref to the nebari() plugin to point the header logo at a configured URL (defaults to import.meta.env.BASE_URL, so existing consumers are unaffected). The value is threaded to SiteTitle via a Vite virtual module. Also documents the option in the README.

Fix the light-mode header logo, which rendered much smaller than the dark-mode logo because its SVG shipped with a padded viewBox. The light logo is now cropped to match, so both modes render at the same size.

Enlarge the header logo (32px to 44px) so the Nebari mark reads clearly in the site header.
