gocode v0.19.0 uses public godesktop v0.12.0 to preserve intrinsic Windows color-font glyphs. Native DirectWrite shaping/fallback feeds bounded Direct2D COLR/COLRv1 RGBA cache pages; ordinary text keeps R8 and its foreground tint. Colored details are rasterized at a bounded physical baseline phase and placed without a second filter. Opacity, shader clipping and one mixed GPU batch remain effective. Generated DXIL is tracked by cgo, and explicit nonuniform indexing passes the existing GPU-validation lifecycle gates.

Windows and Mac native split gates require actual yellow emoji pixels in both editor viewports. The real Windows ConPTY command now emits emoji inside its ANSI truecolor output; the decoded frame must contain the complete colored sequence, followed by actual owned GPU color pixels. Existing input highlighting, keyboard, grid/window resize, Ctrl+C, shell exit, shared-source, VSIX, UTF-16/CRLF/save, LSP, search/history, actual GiB and installer checks remain required. Both Mac architectures retain normal/1.5/2 terminal and editor checks.

Publication requires successful exact-source five-platform CI and reuses its tested MSI/ZIP and Mac bundles. Signed automatic/manual updates retain direct/mirror routing, rollback and settings/PATH preservation. Copilot continues through the accepted official SDK/Language Server route while VSIX compatibility expands.

Windows PowerShell sessions explicitly select UTF-8 for Console input/output and native pipelines after loading user profiles. This fixes real Console.WriteLine Chinese/emoji output becoming question marks with inherited OEM code pages. Actual PowerShell 7 and 5.1 regression processes start with OEM 437/ASCII and require decoded ANSI-colored Unicode output; profile files and the system locale remain untouched.

Dedicated third-party SVG/bitmap/currentColor font fixtures, Mac terminal native window-width resize, complete tabGroups/preview/pin/docking/persistence, editor options/decorations/snippets/undo merging, multi-window, IME/grapheme/bidi/multicursor/accessibility, SCM/DAP/tasks/remote/webviews and full VS Code/GPUI/official Copilot VSIX parity remain active work.
