BookmarkUp v1.2.1

A polish-and-fixes release - a fresh grouped-card settings look, a new icon, and several navigation fixes.

Highlights

• New settings look - the settings sections are now clean grouped cards, easier to scan.
• New icon - refreshed BookmarkUp logo.
• Back button fixed - opening a bookmark in the current tab (search-engine same-tab, or same-site) no longer drops the previous page from Back.
• Search-engine same-tab on Google - now works reliably; it previously collided with Google's own page and did nothing.
• New-tab reliability - a tab you just opened is no longer mistaken for a bookmark's own tab, so a quick bookmark click opens a new tab as expected.
