Adds an About panel in the popup, and launches the BookmarkUp website.

Highlights

  • About panel - an info button in the popup header opens an About view with the current version, plus quick links to the website, source code, and Ko-fi support.
  • Website - a new project site here with features, how-it-works, screenshots, install steps, and FAQ, in all 12 languages.

No new permissions - the About panel only reads the extension's own manifest version and opens external links in a new tab.
