ICT Silver Bullet Strategy Video Review

Framework is best case price delivery, not the actual trade entry and exit.

  • Entirety of move, the range is the framework.

  • Minimum trade framework.

    • Indices minimum is 10 points
    • Forex minimum is 15 Pips.
    • 10 Points for indexes is same as 20 pips in Forex.
    • 5 Points for indexes is 10 pips in Forex.
  • Framework is essential to high probability Silver Bullet setups.

Framework for ICT Silver Bullet Setups

  • Look for DOL from the following to setup a 10 point move.

  • PDH/PDL Prior Day high/low

    • Bullish is PDH
    • Bearish is PDL
  • PSH/PSL Session high/low

    • Prior session high or low.
      • e.g if we are trading NY we are looking at London session high and low
  • PWH/PWL

  • Return to Current/Old NWOG

  • Expansion from Current/Old NWOG

  • Classic OTE

  • Confluence with 2022 Model, inefficiencies above current price when bullish, below current price when bearish.

    • BISI/FVG below current price
    • SIBI/FVG above current price
  • Example of invalidation, one of the DOLs has been raided, we should look to a HTF DOL rather than look for the DOL on the current time frame to be traded again.

    • e.g. If the PWH has been raided look for a liquidity pool on a HTF.
  • Not all of these DOL will exist, most days 1 will be in play.

  • #1 Priority is the next most likely Draw in Price Action.

    • Focus on the draw for the current price swing.

Silver Bullet is a Time Based model

  • 60 min intervals (window in time)

  • Every single day this pattern will form

  • May not be at the time you are trading or in the asset your trading but it does form every single day.

  • NY Time Zone (EST)

  • 0300-0400 London Open SB

    • Currently using 5m chart
    • Look FVG to form during this hour.
    • Look for where price is going to go to. This is not always the daily bias, but where is the next DOL at this time?
    • Look at IOF
    • Look at Market Structure
    • Bodies should stay in the FVG.
    • Look for minimum of 10 points for the trade potential.
    • The entry of the SB is taken during the 3-4 hour.
      • Can run to later hours ny open.
    • Cover at POI. I this case it may not be 10 points, may be 5 points for example. Take partial profits.
    • Leave runners for more if you want.
  • 1000-1100 NY AM Session

    • Look for DOL from list.
    • Look for 10 point framework
    • Look for FVG
    • Trade can be held longer than entry time window of 10-11.
  • 1400-1500 NY PM Session

    • Find DOL
    • Note the IOF/Market Structure
    • Look for FVG in 1400-1500
    • Order flow should support your trade idea, where is the DOL for the next price swing?
    • i.e. raid, fvg created after raid, price rallies and returns to fvg, then during SB time a FVG is formed, this is the trade entry targeting the remaining BSL.

Wrap up

  • Every market, every single trading day will form one of these.
  • If it doesn't happen in London, wait for NY AM, if not NY AM, wait for NY PM.
