Markdown files opened in app randomly with Euro-Office and Text app

Steps to reproduce

1. Unmodified Nextcloud AIO installation running latest version and iOS app
2. Create a markdown file
3. Open it repeatedly in the mobile app

Expected behaviour

Text application should open the markdown file, because Euro-Office has not been configured to open markdown files.

Actual behaviour

If I open the file repeatedly, it 2/3 times Euro-Office opens it (uneditable of course) and 1/3 times Text app opens it like it has done for many years.

Logs

Not sure what logs I could get to help with this, happy to fetch if given instructions.

Reasoning or why should it be changed/implemented?

Environment data

iOS version: 26.5.

Nextcloud iOS app version: 33.0.10.2

Server operating system: Ubuntu 24.04

Web server: standard Nextcloud AIO installation

Database:
