• #369 - Fixed wrong allele annotations in netmhcpan and netmhciipan results by reading allele labels from the prediction output header (#358), and accept any known sub-release of a supported NetMHC version (netmhciipan now also takes 4.3b and 4.3i next to 4.3e).
