AnyDocSwift 0.2.0

AnyDocSwift 0.2.0 adds native Linux support for x86_64 and ARM64, updates the embedded engine to AnyDoc 0.2.4, and introduces structured document conversion with blocks, tables, notes, and embedded assets (#12). Format selection now matches upstream: omit format for automatic detection or supply it explicitly to select a parser (#13).
Breaking change: Replace fileExtension: with typed format: values, such as format: .csv.
