• Pin projects to the top of the sidebar.
• The assistant's top bar shows your Codex and Claude Code usage.
• Each assistant profile file explains what it is, when it's used and who changes it.
• The board's toolbar has an Agents button; tasks and dispatches link straight to managing agents.

Changed

• The board opens on the board instead of a channel; channels open in a side panel. On a phone it opens on the task list.
• Agents show as coloured avatars on the board, in the assistant and in the phone's chat list.
• Assistant: remembers small things that will matter later, and finds older details in its daily notes.
• Assistant: a friendlier default personality for new users.

Fixed

• Assistant: scrolling up the conversation on a phone no longer jitters.
• Assistant: the heartbeat no longer misses an alert, and no longer counts a check that didn't finish as "nothing new".
• Assistant: the phone's header no longer shows "Assistant" before your assistant's name loads.
• Long task titles no longer push the task list off the screen.
