Added

• Models that can't load tools on demand no longer get every MCP tool up front: they reach them through a short program, so plugins no longer fill the context (Operon and OpenCode).
• A program's tool calls show inside its card; agent, schedule and task cards and approvals stay in sight.

Fixed

• The context panel counts what is actually sent to the model.
• Workspace mode no longer asks for approval for commands that discard errors with 2>/dev/null.
• OpenCode: the summary written when a conversation is compacted no longer shows up in the reply.
