New: German, Russian and Italian

Finder Menu now follows your Mac's language. The right-click menu, the New File and Open With dialogs, and the settings window are translated into:

• 🇩🇪 German (#10, thanks @9trzj5nztr-design)
• 🇷🇺 Russian
• 🇮🇹 Italian

Every other language stays in English. Want Finder Menu in yours? See Languages: it's one text file to translate.

Fixes

• finder-menu enable no longer deletes the installed app when you point it at the installed app itself, or at a path ending in /, which Tab completion adds. (#4, thanks @MikeeI)
• No more false "didn't restart cleanly" warning after installing. Open and Save dialogs in other apps run their own copy of the Finder extension, and the check counted those too. It now counts only Finder's.

finder-menu enable
