0.3.3

0.3 combines WeeklyCalendar and wc-compiler and the new web viewer into the same repository.

The compiler is now a native Linux or Windows executable instead of a WASM WASI executable. WASI is not yet mature enough to support features that involve making API calls to VRChat or Mastodon or Misskey.

To use the web viewer, pass a third directory parameter to wc-compiler. That directory will contain the files to publish to GitHub Pages.

0.3 also fixes a bug where times would be displayed incorrectly when the calendar was configured to display times in time zones that use DST. Events that use time zones with DST would display correctly on calendars that displayed in a time zone without DST, but if the calendar was set to display DST it would display incorrect times.
