Stacked on #5. This 81-line publication layer removes the hand-entered live table, loads generated leaderboard.json, checks the empty state visually, documents the generation command, and makes CI regenerate and diff both JSON and CSV artifacts. Browser verification covered the leaderboard fetch/empty state, results tabs, terminal tabs, and theme toggle with zero console or page errors. Paper snapshot tables remain explicitly separate.
