VersionUp 0.86.0

The first release.

  • Version up a sequence in one click — the old copy is archived and the sequence in your timeline is renamed in place, so your open tab never changes
  • Version up twenty sequences at once by selecting them in the Project panel
  • Archived copies keep your folder structure instead of being flattened into one pile
  • Mark the cut a client signed off, with its own bin, colour and _MASTER name
  • Version the .prproj file itself, with the target filename shown on the button before you press it
  • An amber banner when you have opened an old version by mistake, with a jump to the latest
  • Alt-click any button to see exactly what it would do without doing it
  • A short tour on first run, replayable any time from ☰ → Tips & tour
  • Bin names, label colours and naming patterns are all yours to change
  • The panel tells you when a new version is out, and never nags about one you have waved away

Install: double-click VersionUp.ccx — Creative Cloud does the rest. Restart Premiere, then Window → UXP Plugins → VersionUp. Paste your licence key into ☰ → About / Licence.
