Feature: Creators

Creators have some interesting problems associated with them. How do we verify an image was created by someone? How do we let others upload content they didn't make, but credit the Creator of the content? And what if that Creator decides to make an account, how can we verify their identity (like twitter does, for example)?

Generally, there should be two types of creators:

• People who are still alive to take credit for their work, people who are still creating works.
• People like Picasso, Vincent Van Gogh, etc. Dead people, essentially.
