Is there a way to include a sample in normalizer that is flagged as having "Bad Concatenation"?

I am using the normalizer and one of my samples was flagged as having "bad concatenation" and was skipped because "its time column is not monotonically increasing" - is there a way to fix this within the normalizer?

There is not. You could normalize before you concatenate. Otherwise you need to re-concatenate your files, ensuring that they are joined in the same order in which they were acquired.

@spcanny: If the problematic FCS file was created using IMD-to-FCS conversion in the Helios software, there may be a problem with the Time parameter itself. Was it?
