Fixes Run now on machines running the norc agent. A run requested from the apps started but never reported back, so it never showed up in run history. Jobs also no longer inherit an internal variable that made a job which itself runs norc fail. No other changes; update the CLI on each machine that runs the background service.

Relay payloads between norc clients and this machine are now end-to-end encrypted (ECIES, P-256 + AES-256-GCM). The CLI registers its public key with norc on first connect; older clients can no longer read or write this machine. Update the norc apps (desktop, mobile, web) alongside the CLI. The Supabase URL must now be https.

norc-cli 0.1.11. The bridge now handles whole-file crontab editor saves, write-applied acks and deleted-job cleanup on CLI-managed machines (these were unhandled in 0.1.9, so raw-editor saves hung). A hung crontab - write now times out after 15s instead of blocking the bridge's mutation queue. norc --version and the agent_version reported to the vault now match the package version.
