Relay payloads between norc clients and this machine are now end-to-end encrypted (ECIES, P-256 + AES-256-GCM). The CLI registers its public key with norc on first connect; older clients can no longer read or write this machine. Update the norc apps (desktop, mobile, web) alongside the CLI. The Supabase URL must now be https.
