Better-organised notes, a reading bookmark, and course colours you pick.

  • Notes follow the lecture's topics. One quick request plans the sections first, so a long deck comes out as a handful of topics with subheadings under each instead of dozens of flat sections, and about a fifth shorter, without dropping the slides' worked examples, numbers, tables or code.
  • Everyone writes on gemini-3.5-flash-lite now, in parts: 500 free requests a day, and it answers when the others are busy. Short lectures are written in parts too. A note that can't be split (two decks at once, a recording or typed notes alone) still goes to gemini-2.5-flash where your key has it.
  • A reading bookmark: leave a note and come back, and a "Continue reading" pin beside the Outline points at the heading you were on. Click it to jump there. It never covers the text; in a narrower window it shrinks to a small bookmark that opens on hover.
  • Pick a course's colour: click the coloured dot next to the course in the generator, or right-click a course folder → Colour. "Auto" goes back to the automatic one.
  • Fixed: sign-in on Windows PCs that reserve the ports it uses (WinError 10013, common with Hyper-V, WSL or Docker); "Professor's emphasis" labels on slides that never flagged anything; callouts that showed up as grey code blocks; headings that lost their numbers (802.11, 2.4 GHz) or showed page ranges.

First time here? The install guide covers both platforms. Each installer ships a .sig signature that Notebot verifies before it installs an update, and refuses anything that does not match.
